About Me

I was enthralled with longarm quilting from the moment I first experienced it!  The opportunity for creativeness was endless and really excited me.  I have spent the following years developing my free motion and ruler work.  I particularly have enjoyed ruler work and the precision it provides.  The quilt pictured above was so much fun for me to work on!

Computerized quilting has changed my game once again.  It is so exciting to engage in the vast possibilities that exist.  If only my grandmother could see what quilting looks like in the 2020's!

I chose Stitch Play Quilting Co. as the name of my business because quilting does feel like play to me!  I love the process of putting a lovely, pieced top on the longarm, selecting the appropriate batting, thread & pantograph (stitch design) but best of all, watching it all come together.  What fun!
